"The people were very
nice and patient over the phone, taking the time to explain everything
they do. They sent me an email letting me know when they were coming
to clean, and called me the day before to. I didn't have to be there,
and they left the service ticket on my porch when they were done.
Cleanup was superb. Will use again in the future."

They were very detailed and
professional. Everyone was very nice. The cleared all the leaves off
my deck as well as cleaning my gutter drains.

of Work: Gutters cleaned for single family home, debris swept to one location.
"ATL Best Gutters confirmed the day before as explained during initial call. Arrived on Friday but didn't have tall enough ladders. Said that they would return on Saturday. Did not return on Saturday due to an accident with the tall ladder truck and didn't call. Called to reschedule and was told that they would come on Tuesday. I indicated that Tuesday would not be good because I telecommute that day and there would be noise. The woman I spoke to said that Wednesday or Thursday would be good, too, and that they would confirm the day before. There was no call before either day, so I had to call again. I was told that their schedule showed that cleaning took place on Thursday, which it hadn't. The cleaning, which was fine, finally took place on Friday, 8 days after the originally scheduled date."

of Work: Atlanta's Best Gutter Cleaners (ABGC) cleaned our gutters and unclogged a downspout. They also, trimmed small tree limbs away from the roof line to help discourage squirrel access to the roof and to help prevent debris from entering the gutter system.
"After speaking with ABGC on the phone and finding that they were professional and extremely knowledgeable, we scheduled them to clean our gutters to correct an overflow problem we had noticed. We were particularly impressed with their clear communication with us over the phone and their willingness to explain their services in as much detail as we needed. The courteous team arrived on the appointed date and performed the services that we had requested. Unable to reach us by phone, they left us a note stating that we had a clogged downspout that would require additional effort and expense and how much we could expect to pay for the extra service. In addition to the note, we found the yard had been cleared of all debris both from the gutter cleaning and from recent winds. We called them back and scheduled with them to correct the clogged downspout with the understanding that they would fix our issue the next time they were in our area which would be 2-3 weeks. They emailed us a couple of days before their arrival and again they arrived on the expected date and corrected our problems nicely. When we need gutter services in the future, ABGC will be the first company that we call."

of Work: I scheduled a long-overdue gutter cleaning, which was to be performed on a Friday between 2 and 5pm. I got a call just before 5 telling me that one of the crew members had gotten sick, so the cleaning was rescheduled for Sunday between 10am and 2pm. It would have been nice to have had more than a few minutes' notice that the gutters wouldn't be done on Friday. But Rick and two other men came on time Sunday and did a phenomenal job with the gutters, plus gave me a full report on what repairs the roof needed. Rick offered to take pictures of the problem areas for me, but I declined.
"The roof repairs were to be done on the following Thursday, and I was supposed to get a call the day before giving me the time frame. Rick showed up on Thursday -- nobody had called me, and Rick apologized for that -- and, with one other man, performed all the necessary repairs in a timely fashion. Overall, I'm very pleased with ABGC, though I was not given information about an annual contract, which their website promises. When I called initially, I mentioned the $10 off for first-time customers, but I was told they were having a special, so I got $20 off. The cleaning itself thus cost $100, with the roof repairs costing $775. Rick gave me a discount on the shingles and ridgecaps needed, which I appreciated."

"I called ABGC and the person who answered the phone took great time and detail to explain everything they did, and I believe I called on a weekend and was surprised to get someone live! I received emails including the description of service, insurance information and information about notifications prior to service IMMEDIATELY after making the call. The schedule was set for Friday, but they had to reschedule due to other jobs backing up that day, which was fine with us, they called to let us know. They came the next Tuesday after notifying me Monday afternoon with the time frame. After cleaning the clogged gutters they found two stack boots that were cracked and in need of repair on the roof. I am personally familiar with the damage that cracked stack boots can cause and had them replaced, which ABGC completed right away. The servicemen who completed the work were extremely respectful and nice. We will continue to use ABGC for all our gutter needs. Thank you!"

There were also quite a few loose gutters and downspouts that they repaired. They installed all new gutter covers and repaired a ridge cap on the roof that had been damaged by a tree falling on the house.
