of Work: Everyone should know that they charge $85 to come out to the house. They do not provide free quotes for repair work, making it very difficult to compare their prices with other companies. They DO offer gutter cleaning quotes over the phone, and when they come out to clean your gutters, can give you quotes for repair work. Unfortunately, I already have clean gutters.
"I contacted them in November or December for a quote on gutter cleaning. They said this was a busy time of year and quoted me $105 for a medium sized home (a split level, no steep roof). I eventually found another company who did a great job for $90 (essentially the same price.) I called again in January to see if they would be a good option for some gutter repair work I needed done. They told me it would be $65 for every 10 feet of gutter that needed re-securing, and $65 for every 10 feet of flashing they added. But I have no idea if the flashing I need will be that straightforward, and they made it very clear that they can't guarantee that is what's needed. This is unfortunate, because I have no idea how much money the repairs would cost. (To be fair, they'd let me do just part of the repairs to equal the $85, but I'd like to get all the work done and be done with it.) I am going to look for some other companies that can give me a free quote for comparison purposes. I understand, from the company's point of view, that no one wants to waste money to pay crews who aren't bringing in revenue. However, since most other companies are willing to give free estimates, the company should understand if they lose some business over this policy. Luckily for them, most people need their gutters cleaned about every 6 months to a year, so customers can roll estimate work into those visits."

"They arrive as promissed after a confirmation call the day before. They walk the roof line using yard blowers to clean out the gutters and also blow out debris in the downspouts. The cost for just cleaning the gutters is very reasonable ($100-150) but I also wanted clip on screens to keep the leaves out. They tried to discourage me on this choice as they said they will come loose and blow off....they were right. I wouldn't recommend these type of gutter guards. They did recommend a metal cover at considerably higher cost, which I didn't go for, so I can't speak for that product. Because of the reasonable cost to clean the gutters and the good job they do, I'm just going to opt to have the gutters cleaned twice a year and not use gutter screens."

"The two young men arrived at my home earlier than the stated appointment which was great. They immediately got to work. I have a multi story home but they were able to maneuver on the roof with no problems. I had asked for a quote for the gutter guards and one young man went about measuring linear feet for an accurate quote. They were able to complete the cleaning and installation of the guards that morning. They even cleaned up any residue that fell from the roof during the cleaning and any scraps from the gutter guards. They did an excellent job. An appointment was scheduled and they followed up with a reminder the day before and gave me an estimated time of arrival. The crew arrived on time, went right to work setting up. The foreman of the crew discussed with me a missing shingle cap which I was aware of, but had never fixed. He offered to fix it, along with a couple of other minor issues on the roof. "I am very pleased with the work they did. The guys who came out were very nice and really went the extra mile when blowing off the driveway and deck. The only issue I had was with the skylight cleaning. It is $20 extra per skylight for cleaning. I didn't notice any difference when they were finished. I'm not saying they didn't clean them, but I wish I had been told before hand that skylights often don't come clean because the dirt is baked on and will not come off. "ATL Best Gutters confirmed the day before as explained during initial call. Arrived on Friday but didn't have tall enough ladders. Said that they would return on Saturday. of Work: Atlanta's Best Gutter Cleaners (ABGC) cleaned our gutters and unclogged a downspout. They also, trimmed small tree limbs away from the roof line to help discourage squirrel access to the roof and to help prevent debris from entering the gutter system.
"After speaking with ABGC on the phone and finding that they were professional and extremely knowledgeable, we scheduled them to clean our gutters to correct an overflow problem we had noticed. We were particularly impressed with their clear communication with us over the phone and their willingness to explain their services in as much detail as we needed. The courteous team arrived on the appointed date and performed the services that we had requested. Unable to reach us by phone, they left us a note stating that we had a clogged downspout that would require additional effort and expense and how much we could expect to pay for the extra service. In addition to the note, we found the yard had been cleared of all debris both from the gutter cleaning and from recent winds. We called them back and scheduled with them to correct the clogged downspout with the understanding that they would fix our issue the next time they were in our area which would be 2-3 weeks. They emailed us a couple of days before their arrival and again they arrived on the expected date and corrected our problems nicely. When we need gutter services in the future, ABGC will be the first company that we call."
